About

China University of Petroleum (East China) is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and has established a graduate school. It is also a national "double first-class" construction university, "211 Project" and "985 Project Superior Discipline Innovation Platform" construction university. In 2017, two first-class disciplines of oil and gas engineering, geological resources and geological engineering were selected into the national "double first-class" construction plan. In the fourth round of discipline evaluation, our school has 22 disciplines on the list, and 6 first level disciplines have entered the top ten in China, among which the number of A+disciplines ranks the 22nd in China. In 2019, more than half of the majors of the school will enter the first batch of first-class majors "Double 10000 Plan".
